Ingredients1/2 cup Low Fat Greek Yoghurt - if you can get the brand Fage which is currently stocked in Tesco it is well worth the extra cost for the guilt free creaminess!
1 Kiwi Fruit
1/2 handful of Blueberries
Small squeeze of Agave Syrup
Directions- Place Yoghurt in a bowl
- Add blueberries, halved strawberries and kiwi cut into peeled chunks
- Squeeze a little Agave syrup and enjoy
What's good about this meal- Blueberries are a great source of anti-oxidants that are said to reduce your chance of getting cancer. They also contain good vitamin levels along with the rest of the fruit.
