Greek Yoghurt with Fruit and Agave

I go for this if I need a sweet creamy fix!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Low Fat Greek Yoghurt - if you can get the brand Fage which is currently stocked in Tesco it is well worth the extra cost for the guilt free creaminess!
3 Strawberries
1 Kiwi Fruit
1/2 handful of Blueberries
Small squeeze of Agave Syrup

Directions

- Place Yoghurt in a bowl
- Add blueberries, halved strawberries and kiwi cut into peeled chunks
- Squeeze a little Agave syrup and enjoy

What's good about this meal

- Blueberries are a great source of anti-oxidants that are said to reduce your chance of getting cancer. They also contain good vitamin levels along with the rest of the fruit.
- Agave is a natural sweetener that has a significantly lower GI than normal fruit and cane sugars.
- The Greek yoghurt is a good way to get your one quality dairy portion for the day. Its packed with Calcium and normally contains twice the protein of normal yoghurt in the equivalent amount of calories.
